Bank transfers can be made to the bank account specified on the prepayment invoice. Please enter your order number in the explanation field to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible.
Delivery

The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Courier Services

If the order consists of more than one item, there is a possibility that each item may be delivered separately. You will be informed separately about such cases. No additional fee will be applied.

Home delivery is available on working days from 09:00 to 18:00. Delivery times cannot be selected.

If the order weight does not exceed 30 kg, the courier will unload and deliver the order to the buyer/recipient's front door. The courier will deliver the order to the apartment, house, or garage, but will not transport the order across courtyards or through rooms.

If at least one item in the order weighs between 30 kg and 80 kg, the courier will help the buyer/recipient unload the order from the vehicle but will not assist in delivering it to the desired location. If delivery to a specific location is required, an additional two-courier transport service must be ordered.

Delivery costs depend on the selected product. On average, courier services cost between 8 and 20 euros.

Parcel Machine Services

The fee for delivery to Omniva parcel machines is 5 €. This service is offered for orders that do not exceed 64 x 39 x 38 cm and weigh less than 30 kg.

The fee for delivery to Venipak parcel machines is 5 €. This service is offered for orders that do not exceed 61 x 39.5 x 41 cm and weigh less than 30 kg.

Documents Proving Goods Purchased on the Website www.MINTECH.lv

In cases where the ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer, the proof of purchase is the invoice sent to the email address specified in the respective order.A warranty card, if required, is included with the goods in the product packaging.
 The fact that the buyer has received the goods is confirmed by:

•         The buyer's signature on the document when picking up the ordered goods at the www.mintech.lv store,
•         The buyer's signature on the courier's/order issuer's electronic terminal when receiving the ordered goods,
•         The buyer's manual code entry when picking up the ordered goods from parcel machines.

Complaints about undelivered orders after receipt confirmation by one of the methods described in point 3 will not be accepted.

Warranty Use on the Website www.MINTECH.lv

The manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present:

•         Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice);
•         Manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if included in the product package).

The legal warranty period is 24 months, starting from the delivery of the goods. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper use or maintenance is excluded from the warranty. The warranty is also excluded for defects and damages caused by inappropriate or incorrect use (installation), non-compliance with instructions, or improper or careless handling. The warranty is void if you or another person uses inappropriate measures and/or attempts to repair parts without our permission, to the extent that these actions are considered the cause of the defect or damage. In case of warranty claims, it is your choice whether to use your right to repair or request the delivery of defect-free goods (subsequent performance). If subsequent performance leads to disproportionately high costs, the claim only applies to the remaining method – subsequent performance.Regarding the delivery of defect-free goods, exchange to higher quality products and their characteristics is accepted if it is reasonable.Any further rights, especially the cancellation or reduction of the purchase contract, can be exercised only after a reasonable period. If there is a specific manufacturer's warranty that you can use for additional warranty services, it will be indicated in the relevant product description. In this case, the warranty applies only to the respective product.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the product within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
To exercise the 14 (fourteen) day right of withdrawal, keep and do not damage the original packaging of the product (if any) and the package contents, and the product must not be externally mechanically damaged, installed, or used.
Products will not be accepted back if they have been used and/or damaged, and/or have lost their original appearance (changes in the product or its packaging that occurred when opening the packaging to view the product are not considered significant changes in the product's appearance).

Please note that the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" applies only to private persons. Therefore, legal persons cannot use the right of withdrawal specified in the PTAL.SIA Mintech reserves the right to amend, clarify, and update the terms of use of the online store at any time by publishing the information on the SIA MINTECH online store website www.mintech.lv.
